The 11th bread in the challenge: Cranberry Walnut Celebration Bread. I left out the walnuts in my loaf, mostly due to the fact that I didn't have any. (Which seemed a perfectly reasonable reason to the likes of me.) I don't have much to say about this bread, or much time to say it. It was yummy. And there you have it.
There's milk to be skimmed, a shopping list to be made, and English muffins rising, so I'm off.
That is a beautiful bread. You are such an industrious baker and chef.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Looks great!

This is FABULOUS bread!! ;) Yum!!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely, Rebeca!
ReplyDeleteI am just now getting back to the challenge... even though it is getting hotter again.
I am on day 2 of making my sourdough mother. I know it isn't in order but I wanted to get that going ahead of time. I will also be getting my poolish going today for the greek celebration bread. Maybe I'll even get to the bagels on Saturday - that would be nice for Sunday brunch.
Absolutely reasonable in my book!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so yummy!
